I ordered a dress recently. FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. S.F.C. was unwilling to help me in any way. They said after it leaves them, they are no longer involved. I contacted FedEx and they told me that S.F.C. had to be the ones to make a claim. After I informed S.F.C. about this, I asked if I could reuse the discount I used or any discount at all, so that I could re purchase the dress again, since I knew it would probably be out of stock before this issue was handled. Since this was not my fault, I thought that would be a good gesture on their part, but they said no. I think this is bad customer service. Any other company would have been willing to keep a customer in this way. This left a bad taste in my mouth. I will no longer recommend them. And yes, the dress is now out of stock.
