There are a few things. The worst was how long it took to receive my orders. I literally waited months to receive my order in full and it really can’t be blamed on the carrier be it USPS, UPS, Fedex……the problem was the time it took for you to process the order and get it out to the carrier. Your prices are extremely high but you could justify the price if the customer service was decent, not to mention the very limited number of things that were actually in stock. On the items that were not “out of stock” then the sizes were limited. I ordered three “Freshies” (basically car air fresheners) and like an idiot, paid over $40 for them. Not only did it take three months for them to arrive but they have no scent at all! I thought maybe it was just me but a few others said they smelled nothing but plain wax. At that point it was easier to take the $40 loss then to return them, at MY expense, and wait months for a replacement. I understand now why you don’t do cash returns and only allow store credit 🙄. Generally a very disappointing experience.
