I have made two purchases from this company. boots that did not fit, but I was given an immediate refund even though they were on clearance. I also just purchased a duffle bag that was quite expensive but is very nice and in an incredible pattern. I look at the site often and love what they offer and my experiences have been pretty good. My 3 out of 5 stars have to do with my being a plus size woman, and the company claiming to be size inclusive but offering really only extended straight sizes and only going to a size 20, which per measurement is more like a 16/18 women's or plus. I want to support you and would be buying much more than I have, but I struggle to give any companites that don't value me any money. And not carrying sizes I can wear is a sign that I'm not a valued customer. Southern Fried Chics certainly isn't alone, as the majority of fashion retailers big and small, don't carry sizes for me or other plus size women. It's just a sad thing. I think this company has a more unique aesthetic and point of view, and frankly are leaving money on the table. But the accessories are great.
