I recevied an order but had to return an item. Once the return was received back by Southern Fried Chicks on 2/22/24 I got an email stating they would send me the items I wanted in exchange. I am yet to receive my exchange merchandise, nor my money back. I have emailed several times, tried calling several times with NO RESPONSE at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from this company.
