I shopped with SFC for years now and I had always had excellent customer service. The past few times, CSR will not answer phones in which we have to rely on emails. I sent out an email right after placing an order, and I needed to make a change. They first AUTO responded they rec'd my email, then I never heard back until I got my order and I got the wrong dress size. I dont know if it's because SFC is growing so fast that they cannot keep up with customer service, so as long as their orders go out, but Customer Service should be an IMPORTANT part of the business, and I am skeptical in continue to purchase with SFC. At first, I would get great customer service and spoke to the sweet ladies there, now, it's all about emails and dropped calls. SFC makes me now feel like a number, and not a person to them, like they used to make me feel.
