I've purchase two dresses, both of which there's an issue. First one it's like the seamstress cut the pattern incorrectly. Second one is 6 inches smaller than it says it is in the description and now I have to pay to return it and I don't get a refund.
Customer service is terrible. I haven't received a response and don't have a dress for my wedding in three weeks.
