I placed an order on July 13 and on July 23 I received my package. What was sent is not what I ordered. I sent a message on July 23 and July 30 through the website under “contact us.” I still have not heard back from Southern Fried Chics. I know both my messages were sent since I received an email confirmation right after I sent them to my personal email and have communicated through the website before when I had a question about an item being back in stock from June 2020. I am really disappointed with the customer service and I have an item that was sent to me that I did not even order and was not sent the item I ordered. At this point I would just like a refund, what I had ordered was for an event and I had to go find something else.
