I'm very disappointed in this company I ordered a skirt from you and pay a extra 30 dollars to get it with in 3 days here it has been a month and I still don't have it i talked to you're customer service and you know what I got nothing no refund no apology I got some lady being a jerk telling me that it was a special item and they can't get it to me with in 3 days ok so why did you offer that option I know so you could take my money and act like I'm the idiot and guess what I still don't have my special item so yeah I will not recommend anyone to you're company because you're customer service sucks I love you're clothes and I have gotten a lot of beautiful dresses from you but this is absolutely ridiculous being that I liked so many things from you're company this is just really disappointing but there are plenty of other places to shop and I think you're company should keep that in mind moving forward
