Your items are very adorable. I just feel waiting almost 3 weeks for a an item is a little over kill. I am part of the VIP group and I have seen pictures of cute packaging and free items. I have spent close to $200 in the last 30 days, my package arrived in plain white packaging and no “thank you gift”. I may not order from you again. I am very dissatisfied with the time it takes to get an item and other customer service.
