From the moment I boarded, David made the entire experience so enjoyable. He is kind, caring, patient, and truly a joy to be around. His positive energy and thoughtful approach to service stood out in every interaction. David reminded me that being nice is definitely free and he shows that in every action. It’s not often you come across someone who leaves such a lasting impression, but David certainly did. Because of him, I’m going to start flying Southwest more often.
