SW ruined my short get away to Aruba. The check-in in Atlanta airport was chaotic and understaffed and the one man they had working was incompetent. He had no clue what he was doing. They had to full to capacity flights leaving and only one person working the gate. He could not figure out how to print my boarding pass. By the time the supervisor comes over to help him the flight is gone. She was unapologetic and rude to me. I was there 3 hours before my flight and was prepared and it really sucks when you think the people that should know how to do their jobs dont. I was offered a free meal and then the lady came back and said she couldn't even offer that. The supervisor rebooked my flight for the following morning. So getting up at 3am to get to the airport by 4:30am to get to the terminal by 5:00am for a 7:20am flight was a big waste of time when the gate check-in is incompetent.
