I've always used Southwest for domestic travel 1!-2 times a year. They charged me $250, to change my name on my ticket. When tried to call a manager, I was on hold for 20 min. I had to hang up before I spoke with anyone. Then they ruined my luggage. For $250 they lost all my future flights, my husband and daughters future flights. More and more a becoming very dissatisfied with Southwest. I canceled my card.
