This airline operates in wasting time. Whether dealing with customer service or being at the airport. My family and I were traveling back home from Colorado to Indianapolis and went through an emotional rollercoaster alongside other passengers just to get information on our scheduled flight. They said it was an hour delay which turned into 5 hours. This was a bad experience and would not recommend flying with them.
