everything they booked my mother in law who has parkinsons on the wrong day. they made her buy another ticket at full price she did. her second flight was delayed so they moved her in her wheelchair to another location. however nobody came back for her so she missed the second flight. stayed on hold for over an hour. that where i am now. no chat no live agents. strongly recommend you do not use this airlines
