Useless customer service. First online chat person told me they couldn't help with technical enquiries and to email. I emailed with my car year and details and received a reply from "Ricky" asking me for my car year and details. I emailed back and received no reply for a week after which they again asked me for my car year and details. All I wanted to buy was a catch can. I normally never review companies but these guys were so useless I felt compelled to do so.
