2 out of 5 items didn't arrive, a week later with no resolution - phones are disconnected and only 'email help' and automated replies stating being in Melbourne and covid as the reason. News flash, business's are back at 100% with no restrictions on work places - so whats the real reason? staff cut backs? to many complaints? absolutely disgusting service.
