Ordered some items that, according to the website, were in stock on 11/04/22. The website indicated delivery timeframe of 16 days.
16 working days came and gone, the order was still stuck on waiting to be fulfilled.
No support phone number “due to covid”… come on, it’s time to move on from that excuse…. It’s been 1.5 years….
Email support was slow to respond. Finally on 10/05/22, the shipping information was raised with Australia post after I followed up with them twice. I also queried about my experience, which is inconsistent with my past dealings with them. They avoided the question.
It’s now 14/05/22, still haven’t received the items. Australia post has notified of congestion in their network and delay of another week. (Technically not Sparesbox’s fault, but they chose Austpost as their delivery partner, they can wear the associate impact on customer experience)
I would not buy from them again and I suggest you seriously reconsider shopping with them.
