Folks, Sparebox is owned by GPC Asia Pacfic Pty Ltd. which is owned by Sn American parent. GPC also own Repco and NAPA.
If you get no joy our of Sparesbox, email GPC head office. They will soon attend to your complaint.
Sparesbox is not the same business as when it was a start up. Customer service was great.
I am using PayPal to try and get a refund on parts not supplied in an order.
Good luck DIY mechanics. I am now using ROLAN for online parts. Customer service is five stars with follow up that you are happy with your order.
