I enquired about a full set of O2 sensors in my 2006 pajero, I already had the part numbers and confirmed them with the OEM website. There is no phone number listed on the website, the only option is to log an email ticket. I logged an email twice in 3 days and still took over a day after the second email to reply back BUT when they did they had the nerve to ask for information about my vehicle that I have already supplied in the ticket, ie: make, model, year, series, engine size, fuel and transmission, INCLUDING EXACT PART NUMBERS. I SUPPLIED ALL THIS INFO Disgusting service, the YouTube folk need to stop plugging this careless and utterly useless company.
