**Happy ending at bottom** I wish I'd read this page before buying time-critical parts from Sparesbox. Exactly the same story as everyone else, they implied they had stock when no-one else did, then ignored my requests to expedite the delivery or switch to an in-stock alternative. I immediately raised a dispute with the bank and asked Sparesbox (in quite strong language) to cancel the order. A week later I got a refund. Lucky thing, because the bank was chasing corroborating documentation which I would have struggled to provide. Lesson learnt - even though I had bought from them before, NEVER again.
