We have purchase a Narva touch trough ebay. It failed in less than a month .. We have sent it back using ebay return ebay label .. We can't get in touch with Sparebox .. Nobody reply our email .. Warranty does it mean anything for an online store. Be careful what you save online is not worth the headache to deal with those people that couldn't careless as they already got your money.
