They are FRAUDS! Someone set up an account in my name that canceled my agreement with eversource. I tried to tell them it was not me and I wanted to hear the recording. They said no and told me I owed almost a thousand dollars if I wanted to cancel early. I have been labeled totally and permanent disabled by the VA. Both of my children are disable. Two of us are on breathing apparatuses. Do not pay with credit or debit because they will rip you off! If I could give 0 stars I would.
