The worst company I've ever had to deal with.
Problems with over billing, taking large amounts of money out my account without permission or warning, faulty meter readings. Always kept up to date with payments, but apparently owe them £1200..
So difficult to communicate with as they never call or email back, you go round in circles with a new member of the team everytime. An impossible situation with this company!!!! Stay well clear.
