If I could give a zero i would, worst company I have ever had to deal with.. thieving, manipulating, horrible people with absolutely no customer service skills. I have £107 credit on my account which they are refusing to give back, they refused to let me leave them due to them transferring to SSE although it states I can leave anytime.. I spoke to 3 different members of staff over chat and phone that were absolutely useless. Fred from the Philippines who is apparently a manager but couldn't help me, Joseph over chat who again couldn't help me and another women who was also completely incompetent.. I am still fighting to get my money back from these absolute failures of a company. I have also raised a complaint and am in the process of raising another one due to the lack of help.
