If I could give 10 stars I would!! First class customer service! My necklace arrived the very next day after I placed the order. Unfortunately there was a defect in the item. I phoned customer service and they were so helpful. Sent me out a replacement which arrived the next morning. They also sent me a prepaid envelope to send the original necklace back. For the inconvenience they also sent me a cute little pair of earrings. Would definitely recommend Sparkling Jewellery.
