I purchased a cooker switch which proved to be faulty but was quickly replaced.However the replacement had the same fault and this is where I began to lose faith.I was promised yet another replacement but of a different design after returning the second replacement.What turned up? An identical switch to the previous two failures not only that I have never been reimbursed for the postage in returning the faulty item.
