As other reviewers have noted this company does not refund its returns in a timely manner. I have been waiting 12 days, no answers to emails, phone just rings. It appears that they simply buyin the stock when they get an order and ignore returns as they can not return them to their suppliers. My advice, avoid the company and do not believe their prices or stock levels.

The journey that commenced as a investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $63,400. Firstly their delivery promise of a battery was missed. Emails receive no response. Telephone calls do not get answered. Eventually a battery was delivered but NOT the one detailed on the enclosed delivery note! After more phone calls I was advised they were awaiting stock but did send a freepost return label. Over a month after placing the order I demanded a refund which took a week to be acknowledged and actioned. I ordered from another company who despatched the required battery the same day and it was cheaper. I cannot recommend this company.

Stopped responding to me. Sold me some damaged items and a product range that was missing certain items. I basically had my house rewired and fitted with new sockets to find out they do not sell a cooker socket for this range. I have no responses back. The team at sparks warehouse are unhelpful, unresponsive, and just all over the place. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve received from a company that advertised regularly promotions but yet can’t deliver customer satisfaction. I will now have to escalate this with the financial ombudsman.

refunds extremely slow. thought it was too good to be true and now out of pocket £70 for sockets I returned. wish I'd read reviews before buying.

Order arrived late, parts missing, no answers to emails. Avoid at all costs, we certainly will from now on.

This is by far the worst company I have dealt with. All items I ordered were listed as in stock with a delivery time of 2-7 working days. Now two months in I still don’t have half the order. Every time I call I get given more false dates. This company have caused huge huge holds ups to my build. Avoid

The stock updates on the website are false. I ordered in good faith items that stated delivery in 2-3 days. They didn’t even have them. They had to request for them to be built from the supplier. I was left waiting for weeks thinking this was a scam company and had taken my money and done a runner. I had to chase and chase for updates. The website contact information is contradictory and they don’t answer. Eventually my items turned up but it was too late and when I asked to return them, you have to pay postage. Avoid this company at all costs.

Got items within 48 hours, every thing was fine and saved loads from major suppliers prices. One site I will check for my electrical products from now on. Tks heaps

Unfortunately I only received part of my order as some of the items had gone out of stock. Contacted the company and received excellent communication from Gareth. I opted for a refund and that was dealt with swiftly. I would use again.

after ordering 4 parts for machine, 3 parts arrived, after waiting weeks for the balanceI enquired where it was then got a credit as part was discontiued which then meant I've bought parts for a machine I still cant use , requested to return first parts for credit or they sent an alternitive part which I identified as being suitable, but no response, BIG issue with customer service in my opinion

Very disappointed with the service I have received - I placed my order back in January and still have not received my items which I PAID for. No one thought to email me to let me know of continuous delays in shipping. I have sent multiple emails and they either get ignored or I'm sent a copy and paste job. I would avoid this company at all costs! Some 6 weeks have passed and still no order or proper resolution.
