after ordering 4 parts for machine, 3 parts arrived, after waiting weeks for the balanceI enquired where it was then got a credit as part was discontiued which then meant I've bought parts for a machine I still cant use , requested to return first parts for credit or they sent an alternitive part which I identified as being suitable, but no response, BIG issue with customer service in my opinion

An order that was supposed to be with me in a week, took 3 weeks. This was due to a combination of the slow time to process the order and a really poor delivery company. I re-ordered from another company the following week and received my goods in 3 days. I do not recommend Sparks Warehouse or indeed the delivery company they use.

I ordered an led t4 tube replacement. It took a few days to arrive and when it did the packaging was good but the tube housing was dented. It must’ve been dented before it went into the packaging as it was very secure in bubble wrap and a cardboard tube, which was unmarked on the outside. I was busy with work and by the time I came to fit it, it was well out of its return window, and unsurprisingly it didn’t work. Not sure why it didn’t work but the dent is evidence of a previous shock to the housing. Had high hopes for these as few seem to stock them and if it had worked I’d have bought 3 more for the kitchen.

Price was good but overall service and delivery really not great. Several items in my order that they clearly didn’t have on site but no info on that until I called to find out where my order was after the due delivery date, I consistently had to call up to find out when my order would be completed with items sent in dribs and drabs. Polite on the phone and sorted a refund for incorrect items but again only because I called them. Took more than a month to get the items I ordered. Great products, poor service.

Despite ordering a grill shelf for a Neff oven, the shelf provided was nearly 15mm too large and wouldn't fit - it would have been useful to have dimensions provided with the items so these could be checked beforehand. The returns process wasn't very good either. Although I eventually got the cost of the shelf returned (2 emails, one phone call and nearly 3 and a half weeks after they received the returned shelf back), this did not cover the cost of postage. I wouldn't use them again.

Ordered a lamp that looked diffeeent online to the actual item. Returned it - at my own expense - and received no confirmation that the item has been received or that my refund was being processed. After weeks of waiting I still have no information on the status of either.

Nothing went wrong particularly, but the delivery times for my orders were unnecessarily long. My last order was for 1 switch which took over a week to arrive, which in my opinion is far too long. If the item isn’t in stock then I should be notified at point of purchase. If it is in stock then why would it take so long to post. In this day & age I would expect my parcel to arrive with 3days. Because of this reason I will not be purchasing from this site again. Thanks

I recently purchased an item from sparks and was initially impressed with the service. I was informed that the delivery date was to be delayed due to lack of stock. Due to the communication this wasn’t an issue and was happy to wait for the stated date even although it was just less than 3 weeks from my initial purchase. However, after this stated date I was still not in possession of the item and I decided to contact sparks via email. There was no reply to this message and for this reason I emailed once again. After some dialogue sparks re ordered the item. This entire process took just under a month even though I paid a standard delivery cost. At the moment I’m unsure whether I would use or recommend anyone to use this service.

Item was available for order on the website. With delivery in 3 to 5 days after 7 days the item was not delivered. I called sparks and they advised the item would not be in stock for 6 to 8 weeks. Having checke the website they were still selling this item when it was out of stock for that whole period but advising customers of deliver in 3 to 5 days when in reality that was not the case. The item however is of good quality and we are very happy with it. A bit more honesty with regards to stock and delivery times would be nice

Waited 5 days for items to arrive unfortunately they where the wrong type. I returned them immediately and 3 weeks later i am still waiting for my credit before i order the correct items. This length of time to process returns is unacceptable.

Very slow to dispatch and deliver - at least a week and a half for everything, minimum! Communication is shocking, nobody even bothers to respond to you when you email them, they just do whatever was asked without a reply. If stuff is delayed they don’t bother to tell you, your order just sits there until you say something. Received wrong items and they expected me to go down to the post office and pay return postage, despite it being their error. Cancelled my last order and have now moved supplier. If customers are actively moving on to elsewhere, you’re definitely getting it wrong!

Ordered three items one turned up after couple days the other was still no where to be seen couple weeks later , I chased them twice to be told items were not even in stock and they would dispatch when they were don’t think you should be selling things you don’t have and expecting people to wait when they can go elsewhere (which I eventually did after refund)

Ordered two chrome light switch covers, which never arrived. When I contacted Sparks, they said they had been posted and should arrive, but never did. Poor service
