“Took ages for the item to be dispatched.. site allows you to order items that are out of stock and the company are more than happy for you to wait 2weeks for an item you have paid for without bothering to contact you to make you aware!!”

Hi Rosalyn, thanks for leaving a review, sad to see its a 3 star. Although I fear you may have got the orders muddled, as we don't sell mattress, you ordered an extension lead? Any way, hope you sort your mattress troubles :D

“When I eventually managed to get my order delivered, I was happy, had to chase up my order to find it was just been sat on and not processed.”

“Original order was missing 6 items, 2 of which subsequently arrived. We had to chase for the balance 4 items several weeks later ( albeit our contractor had not told us of the original omissions when delivered to site)”

“Very helpful and easy to deal with. Found delivery a little slow sometimes, due to their suppliers. Refunds took a while as well. If it wasn't for this I would give them 5 stars”

“Although I ordered the part early enough the part failed to deliver next day as not in stock but I only found this out after phoning them. An email to advising would have been appreciated because otherwise how are you to know. Part still arrived within time scale of the small print.”

“I purchased a cooker switch which proved to be faulty but was quickly replaced.However the replacement had the same fault and this is where I began to lose faith.I was promised yet another replacement but of a different design after returning the second replacement.What turned up? An identical switch to the previous two failures not only that I have never been reimbursed for the postage in returning the faulty item.”

Thanks for the review, sorry to hear it took a week to arrive, naturally we try to ship everything ASAP, I can see here we shipped 3 days after the order was placed via Royal Mail, some times with Royal Mail it can take a little longer. “Good quality products and easy to use website. My only negative is the lack of updates in relation to despatch dates. I placed three separate orders and had to contact Sparks for all of them. That said, the online chat is very efficient.”
