“the quality of the wood is second rate and as for the structure I feel that my grandson would have had a better end in his woodworking class at school.”

“Not all parts available, delays in delivery (still waiting a month later), not being kept informed of the delays until I chased. It happens, but it's nice to be kept up to date.”

“Still waiting for a refund, items returned as advised by tracked delivery on the 4th Jan 18....now the 29th Jan 18. Was advised 14 - 21 days for refund, this is over that timescsale now and no response to e mail”

“it wasn't much that went wrong. The process was carried out, but ended up with the wrong product. The customer touch point started with website and with extraordinary time with delivery meant i gave up in the end...”

Hi there, I am sorry to hear that delivery took so long, generally we try to delivery everything within 7 working days, most of the time being with 2-3.

“Long delays in dealing with return items. On my third order with the company i am still waiting for an outstanding item after chasing the missing item about a week ago. Service and systems must improve”

“The delivery of the item took nearly two weeks to come and after two phone calls to chase it up. This caused an issue as the job I was during was then delayed by a week. I won't be using sparks again and will not recommend to anyone”

“Had to chase an order that "slipped through the system ". Wonder how long I would have had to wait if I hadn't. Even then order lead time was pretty poor. Currently doubting whether I'll order from Sparks Warehouse again.”
