I recently purchased an item from sparks and was initially impressed with the service. I was informed that the delivery date was to be delayed due to lack of stock. Due to the communication this wasn’t an issue and was happy to wait for the stated date even although it was just less than 3 weeks from my initial purchase. However, after this stated date I was still not in possession of the item and I decided to contact sparks via email. There was no reply to this message and for this reason I emailed once again. After some dialogue sparks re ordered the item. This entire process took just under a month even though I paid a standard delivery cost. At the moment I’m unsure whether I would use or recommend anyone to use this service.
