Despite ordering a grill shelf for a Neff oven, the shelf provided was nearly 15mm too large and wouldn't fit - it would have been useful to have dimensions provided with the items so these could be checked beforehand.
The returns process wasn't very good either. Although I eventually got the cost of the shelf returned (2 emails, one phone call and nearly 3 and a half weeks after they received the returned shelf back), this did not cover the cost of postage. I wouldn't use them again.
