Staff are very helpful! The product looks different to how it looks on the website which is a bit disappointing as I liked the colour of the lamp shade as shown online which is why brought it. The other disappointing thing was that I had to purchase the electricak fitting separately ended up paying more that I would of liked. It was on clear that they were sold separately. I’ve given a rating of 4 star because of the service from the staff.
