The items were of a good quality and at a great price. However it took a week shy of 2 months to get all 7 of the electrical sockets that I ordered. Responses from the company were apologetic but I had to do all the chasing and keep the pressure on to get my order completed.
An order status update unprompted by myself from their customer services would have gone a long way I feel, and would be a polite way to keep customers from going elsewhere.
