Ordered a new bat on Saturday 02/18/2023. Normally when you order something online you get some kind of notice confirming the order. This made me think something went wrong. Did not get anything confirming the order until Monday 02/20/2023. To me, it would make the customer feel better if they got something right away. Have ordered many things and that is what normally happens. Below asking about being delivered only thing delivered was an email. This survey was sent out way before it should have been. Cannot answer any other question at this time.
