“Ordered a bat with expedited shipping for 3-day delivery. Bat delivered on day 10? Guess what - WRONG BAT. Not even close to what I ordered. Poor call back - poor customer service except Hayden and Melissa in shipping. One salesperson told me he didn't care what f....... bat I received and to shut up and keep it! Customer service at its finest. I finally received a credit for poor shipping and sending the incorrect bat. Sales also told me that shipping made the error? Shipping told me that the order was 100% sent to them from sales incorrectly.
Bottom line DO NOT buy from SPC and I never did receive the promised phone call from Jesse?
