“They hid a small dent under an orange sticker stating if package is open can not return. Price was good though, no reason to hide the dent. Seems pretty shady.”

“I don’t receive notifications as text messages only in my email. Is it because I have an iPhone only because my wife receives them and she has an android phone. “Ordered bats that were listed as in stock, but received an email that they were actually not in stock and would be delayed for 20+ days. Not a huge deal but definitely inconvenient when trying to order items for your season. An updated inventory would be appreciated.”
“I made two orders. A catchers mitt that the next day I was contacted and told out of stock and canceled. The second order was a 2021 cf zen that was a very hot bat. Contacted the next day and told out of stock but they would substitute the 2022 zen. Not real impressed so far since if the 2021 zen is out of stock it shouldn't still be posted on all their sales emails a week later.”
“We are still awaiting our turfs that have never arrived. I have submitted a request for information on them and have received nothing. Please help resolve this situation.”
“My first two or three purchases were great I received them quickly without issue. However, my last three orders were left in the on hold status until I called and was told the didn’t have the product I ordered. Had I not called I would have wait 12 to 14 weeks for a drop shipment from Nakona. I questioned what replacement options they had for my order and was told that when they checked they found that they actually had the product I originally ordered. Frustrated with the quality of service and have returned multiple times hoping it was not the standard but at this moment things aren’t looking good.”
