I was nervous about purchasing an expensive bat from a company I had no experience with and then there was an issue with my order. The bat I purchased for my son was no longer in stock when the order was being filled. I was offered the newer, more pricey version of the same product at the same price. The bat arrived just before we left town for a big tournament and my son was thrilled! Because of my positive customer service experience, I will purchase from SPC Sports again. I have three sons that play baseball, so I’m sure it won’t be long until we are in need of another piece of equipment;)
