Better hope you don't need to return anything. I tried to return an item (reordered a smaller size) and was ignored for 2 months. After numerous calls and emails, I finally received a refund that had an additional fee tacked for the original free shipping on the item that I returned (on top of the return shipping and the restocking fee). This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the store policies. When I asked customer service what the additional fee was for and why it wasn't listed in the store policies, I was accused of violating the store's 30 day return policy, which was just not true (and also didn't explain why they're not being up-front with their customers about return fees). I tried to go out of my way to support an independent business, but I won't be buying from SPCsports again after this experience.
