All I can say is wow! Your customer service was incredible! We ordered a 2023 bat for our son for Christmas. The bat was not in stock and somehow we were not notified of this. We sent SPC Sports and email, and they responded immediately. They are shipping a replacement 2024 bat for the same price to us today so our son will have it by Christmas! It is rare that one experiences exceptional customer service such as this these days. Thank you SPC Sports!
