customer service is awful. ordered a glove, status went from processing to on hold and no one contacted me or returned my call or my email. finally reached a person that put me on hold for over 10 minutes to come back to say they don't have the glove, that mind you was still listed on the website as IN STOCK. will never deal with this company again. oh and I tried to use their live chat, which apparently isn't monitored at all. very poor service
