I placed my ordered on Feb 2 and still have not received my item. Spoke to your shipping manager and she said the items I ordered were backordered and they would be dropped shipped from the manufacturer on 3/31/2024. I have yet to receive anything. Your questions on the form below are laughable because I haven't received anything. Not a phone call, email, text...absolutely nothing assuring me that my items will ever be delivered. I'm calling your office tomorrow to cancel if this isn't resolved immediately.
