We had a small issue with our order....our bat was backordered. We were told it would be back in stock the third week of August. I received a call from Roxanne today saying the bat was still on backorder, but she offered us a newer model at the same price to keep us happy. Roxanne went above and beyond to ensure she kept us as future customers! Awesome customer service!!!!!
