I visited Specsavers Beaumont Leys recently for an eye test - I was greeted in the reception area by a very nice lady called Sonali who was very helpful, she guided me to the customer waiting area and took my details - she followed all the social distancing rules and made me feel comfortable. I had my eyes tested by an optometrist called Shakeel who explained everything clearly and went above and beyond because I had concerns about my vision, he was patient and very informative and has an excellent manner with customers. I then was helped again by Sonali who was very professional and customer focused. This is a very new and well managed opticians - the staff are all friendly and competent and the service is excellent, everyone who I encountered there was very knowledgeable and helpful.
