Despite complaining several times they had got my bi focals wrong they refused to put them right and kept telling me to 'tilt my head'. I have lived for a year with a line right across my line of sight. struggle greatly with teaching and stairs etc. Often have to remove the glasses to prevent headaches. If I bought a second pair for £80 then they would be willing to drop the focal line out of my line of sight. They got my glasses wrong. I kept telling them they were wrong. They should put them right!
