i ordered 4 pairs of glasses the lenses were perfect but they
could not get the frames to fit my face, resulting in a problem
the angle they put on the arms meant i could not easily get them off my face. this was terrible the told me that there was nothing else they could do as it was the only way they could fit them on. so i asked for a refund when i returned the glasses ,they said a manager would have to agree to a refund and she was not in today, but was contactable by phone she said phone today and i will tell you if the refund has been put through 19 phone calls before i got a respose, that the manager has to phone me on tuesday or wednesday, i have told them i cannot wait untill then
they have just issued a refund
