Chelmsley Wood Birmingham When I went to have my glasses fitted which was good I decided to have a pair of sunglasses I asked the man fitting my glasses to show me the selection. I have had sunglasses off you before which was very good, and I know what I won’t (Polarised lens light tint 17% tint prescription lens.) The guy showed me some pairs and told me there were 3 tints in polarised lenes which I did not know, And at the moment there was a offer of FREE Polarised on lenses. I decided to try my new glasses for a few days before ordering a pair. I decided to go back Saturday morning because I was pleased with my new glasses on arrival I spoke to a male assistant and chose a pair of frames and told him I was offered Free polarised lenses on my last visit with a selection of tints. This turns out to be not true there was no offer of free polarised lenses OR offer of 3 tints He found out who the assistant was i spoke to and he Denied ever telling me this. the whole experience was very disappointing.
