I have just been informed by Specsavers that my order for contact lenses, placed on 23 July, has been cancelled by Specsavers. Today is 8 October. This is appalling.
These lenses were ordered almost 3 months ago.
No explanation why it has been cancelled. No apology.
What should I do? What can I do?
I went to Specsavers for these lenses, in spite of having a very good choice of alternative suppliers, as I have always had excellent service – from audiology in Dunedin, and Specsavers UK.
