I didn't get an explanation as such, more a "These are your glasses! There is nothing wrong with them! You will stop whining and wear them! Der Fuhrer demands you do not question us! And while it's true I very soon after her arrival was helping her out the door, I would have liked to help her via the end of my boot, but I didn't. I am old, done a decade of military service, have three medals to prove it! I could be wrong about the glasses, but that is no reason to talk to people in a condescending manner. Needless to say, that woman has lost Specsavers a customer.
