Went for an eye test yesterday at Swindon branch, the optometrist was rude and abrupt, felt I had to keep asking questions, as unsure what the process was and how my eyes had changed.
Was taken down stairs to choose glasses, yet again no one explained the pricing or having to pay for the lenses etc decided to take my business elsewhere .
I Will not be recommending them to friends or family.
